Its been awhile since I stepped foot into a Walmart. This place has pretty much everything you need whether its groceries, electronics, clothes, tools, etc which is the reason why I gave it three stars. Even though there is a vast selection of items, the associates could improve on their customer service skills. The cashier was nice but everybody else lacks when it comes to customer service. Sometimes its little things like that why I prefer Target over WalMart. Its more of a maybe if I will return here.

Its Walmart. This one always has very very long lines to check out. There are tons of workers hanging out by the registers, but they never open a new lane!Also, I dont think its their fault, but they are out of many things.

I have to admit that this is probably one of the best stocked Walmarts anywhere in Southern Nevada. Certainly is way better than the one in my little hometown of Pahrump. Come on Pahrump get it together!

Well, it was another wonderful day on the planet earth & the sales associates were far & few between. I immediately noticed the store had been rearranged again. I ultimately found what I wanted and was stunned to realize that the door I parked near was at the other side of the store. Oh well, just another wonderful adventure in Walmart land.

I love this Walmart Super Store. I can usually find everything there that I need for my home.It is a well-organized store, and I appreciate that. Also, even when it it is busy, it doesnt seem so, since it is a really large store. This makes it easy to stay socially distant.

Alissa from order fulfillment (delivery/order pick up) has been amazingly engaged with correcting a few items on my order and receiving my order. It was originally a delivery then turned into a pick up due to delivery issues with the third party delivery system. As this is very frustrating, Alissa made every effort and a smooth transition to making sure the rest of my experience was excellent. Thank you so much! I had made more orders after knowing with confidence if for whatever reason an issue would occur it would be taken care of in a timely friendly manner. Go Alissa! #giggles

We have to ring up our own groceries and bag them! Then the prices should be lower. All self checkouts take only cards, alot of people pay with cash. Items such as blazing wings are never available. I wont come back here!

I love the different things that I never noticed in my local Walmart store. It was convenient and easy to make purchases I needed. Purchased groceries for my suite.

Went to electronics for HDMI cable and the employee out helping customers was the only one acknowledging customers at all. I stood at cash register for a few minutes and there were 3 people there talking amongst themselves and didnt even acknowledge my presence.Kell was very patience and helpful considering he was the only one working the area, he came and rang us out when he was done getting things people needed.

Big store!! Be prepared if youre disabled, there might not be electric shopping carts. Employees were helpful which made a difference. I needed help getting some heavy items down and they helped me. I greatly appreciated the assistance.

The Walmart was a good tourist store. It is not cluttered. I had a mix up on a drip shipment but, it was sent to the Trump International Hotel. The store didnt have anyone available or at least willing to assist me with a pickup after 8pm. In a tourist area, they should have exceptions for travelers. I had to change my flight because I was forced to wait until the next morning and waste time and gasoline.

Ridiculous crowed !!Only 4 registers open and self check out.Lines 20 deep at self check out.12-15 deep at All 4 registers.Took 45 minutes for me to reach the register.Management must open more registers and schedule more employees.The lady at the check out I was at was friendly, funny, nice and polite.She and Able, in the pharmacy area, whom was extremely helpful, were the only positive part of this shopping experience at this Walmart.

Same as always. Crowded, out of most things that arent Walmart Brand and the majority of the associates reply If its not on the shelf then Im not sure. Or I dont know its not my section. However I did have a pleasant experience with NECA when I asked where the price scanner was.She said I can scan it for you and she did.

A robot named Arnold traveled around the store. Moving casually through crowds of people and scanning shelves. This is one of several thousand robots walmart launched on retail sales floors across the U.S. back in June 2019. Store was tidy and clean. Shelves were adequately stocked.

I mean its a standard super walmart. Its huge with everything you need. Convenient to get in and out of. Employees dont seem to care to much what happens but then again its just an average WalmartThe greeter was very into checking receipts upon leaving.

Dont go here. Was in the cleaning supplies earlier today in the grocery section and something is being improperly stored next to something else, probably ammonia and bleach, got extremely dizzy and almost fell over. Had to grab onto the shopping cart to remain standing. Never happened to me before in my life. Told employee that appeared to be a manager of a few aisles over. She stated that they were aware of it and were taking care of it but nobody was doing anything. I think that she could have cared less and just didnt want to do anything. I wont go back here again.

I have used the pick up since covid but this store is pretty good at having what I need.That said, I noticed that my A&W root beer was *always* out of stock according to the pick up app. But I went in after picking up my in stock items and there was root beer. Right there. Not sure what happened but it made me disappointed.Still, the people are generally helpful and friendly. And the selection is pretty good.

Went to use the money center to cash a check. Even checked ahead. They said as long as it was a printed check it would be fine. I came in with a printed cashier check. They wouldnt cash it.

By far the worst Walmart I have visited. Shelves empty. Isles FULL of palettes with sales signs, not waiting to be put away but set there to sell. Items piled high turned all kind of ways. Boxes damaged. Who deserves to be offered this for purchase?? I should have shot photos. Barely found a bag of lettuce/salad mix that didnt have brown pieces and rotten tomatoes in the roma bin and not just one or 2. Customer service area closed, couldnt complete my returns.... a mess.

The store was clean and well stocked. Most of the employees were friendly. However there was only 2 cash registers that were manned by an actual person with about 8-10 self service lanes plus one big all self service stations. Many people wanted or needed a live person so these lines were long. If there were more live Cashiers I wouldve rated the lace a 5 star.

I bought something online and needed to return it. The email I got said take it til any walmart. I walked in around 8:15 pm Nd they said returns are closed. Customer service is closed at 8pm even though the store is open til 11pm. I guess customers dont deserve service after 8? If they had mentioned hours on the email I received then no problem. This was frustrating

This is a very clean Walmart. This is my first visit to this location and so far so good however what happened to the smiling faces. But everything else went well . Money center had only one employee working with 20 people in line. It took over 30 minutes which is not right. Where is the help please. But they sent someone when a customer asked . Thanks walmart 5 stars. Way to comeback and fix the situation.

The only good thing was the checker. I could not get any help getting something aspirin, the people pushing the pick up carts are rude and nasty. I was in the TV department, standing in a line the checker never said anything to us and moved to another area to check other people out. Employee are just rude and nasty. I was there between the hours of 8 & 9pm.They were already restocking the store for the next day.Im old and trying hard not to have knee replacement surgery. Needless to say..Im disabling and use one of the electric scooters, because the store is so big.There were so many people and big boxes, and people moving big boxes... I could hardly get to the things I wanted or needed to purchase.This was not my first time here. And just like tonight. The staff was simply delightful. Kind and considerate.So all in all even with tonights little mess up. I still give them 4 and a half stars.Thank youYour hard work and kindness have not gone unnoticed

Usually pretty busy because of the location; it’s central to a lot in the area including the strip. Pretty well-stocked at all times barring any pandemic that may be going on. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. Their garden center area with the plants is one of the best in Vegas.
