Although the buffet or soup and salad was the only foods available due to being under staffed. The food was good. The service was good.The servers have been working 11 to 14 hour days. So they looked exhausted. And maybe werent as friendly as one might want. But when people are working beyond what is normal maybe we need to be more patient and understanding? Heres the truth. Without them we have no restaurants. So grateful for these hard working people.

Clean and employees all so nice. The only thing I was charged twice for mascara and only brought one. now have to go back .tomorrow and get refund back on my walmart card. I tried calling 3times but phone rang and rang.

Not everyone likes the self-checkout, some of the older customers prefer not to mess with computers. That being said, why do they always put the oldest and slowest cashiers on regular checkout lines.

This store is huge and very well stocked. Make sure to wear your hiking shoes. If wallmart sells it its most likely in store.

Wanted to buy a rug shampoo machine couldnt find any assistance for the machine in question, wife and I had to walk halfway across store to customer service desk to have them page an associate to help then walk all the way back to aisle where item was waited an additional 10 minutes. Finally having to flag down an associate aisles down. The experience forced my wife and I to go across town to another store but not a Walmart.. I was interested in over 250.00 worth of product and accessories but due to your companys lack of interest in a sale. We were forced to go elsewhere

This is the cleanest Supercenter to shop. It is large, clean and normally stocked well. The only drawback is not enough cashiers.

Like the cleanliness of the store and that they dont enforce the masks. But waiting in the ammo section for a long time and their press for associate button does nothing to bring someone over. Then i call the store and it just rings forever with no answer.

Like new inside, very clean and well organized. One comment, they either had trouble getting inventory, or it was by design. A number of items were not on the shelves, and were down at the end waiting for the stocking crew who appeared to be getting ready to fill the shelves after closing. Maybe Sunday night isnt the best day to shop at this Walmart, and maybe this was a one time deal...

Mid July, 2021, Friday @ 8 pm: I rolled into Walmart in need of some vacation food (my out of state SNAP card worked this time; see my Vegas airport Walmart review). This unit was well stocked, super quiet (akin to 4 a.m. back in the 24 hour days), and clean. However, the lack of cashiers is ever the problem. When trouble arises at the register, theres only one open register for people with more than 20 items. That doesnt help me out one bit. Fortunately there werent that many people in the store but it took the cashier about 20 minutes to get through two orders because of language barriers. I suggest if a grocery store going to only have a couple of cashiers, they should be bilingual.

I was desperate for a stroller for my dog. Petsmart was out of stock. My husband told me to go to Walmart for a baby stroller. I didnt want to spend a lot. When I found the baby section. The strollers were a bit mixed up. I found one that I thought was $69. I couldnt find a way to check the price. When I went to self check out the employee was very nice. She was extremely helpful. I wish I knew her name. I would love to acknowledge her.When I got the stroller to our campground. We purebred it up to assemble. We found out it was broken. We bought the stroller in Lake Havasu. We were camping in Parker. It would have been inconvenient to take it back. Fortunately, my husband could work magic.

There are just too many people still wearing masks in this Walmart. I wish people would let it go already and that Walmart would enforce a no more masks policy. Geeze, Louise. You can never be too careful!

Really sick of big companies. I hate the fact of self checkout. I dont work for them, they dont give discounts for doing it and then only taking cards only no cash!!!! Putting people out of work, no registers open. Well 2 and those 2 have 15 people waiting. Walmart is just a money hungry company. It is all about corporate money. 👎👎👎👎👎

Had everything we needed...very clean. Walmart now has an automatic pick up option where one can order items and have those items ready for you when arrive. Also at the self checkout there is several new features that help you to be able to check yourself out. This time we checked ourselves out in half the time.

Some products arent stocked often enough or arent ordered often enough. Most of the employees will be happy to help you find what youre looking for and will go into the back of the store to try to find what you need.

My (REAL) Service Dog was attacked at the Walmart in Havasu Arizona, my dog, like any Trained Service Dog, did not engage in the attack. When I returned home I contacted the store manager, he did not care at all and told me that it was between me and the dog owner. Actually, I said, my dog is actually a true service dog and I have been educated on my rights as well as my dogs rights and I will tell you that you are wrong. While my dog and I are in your store it is your responsibility to provide a safe environment for us as well as others in the stores. I chose not to fight it.When discussing the situation with police officers the said You should not be shopping at Walmart at all, Wall Mart is one of the most dangerousness places that you can be. They went on to tell me that their families are not allowed to go to Walmart at any time for any reason. Per thier advice I now drive to Bullhead and shop at Target.

My experience at Wal-Mart Havasu was much better than Fort Mohave and Bullhead. ... The electronics dept was very helpful and cheerful, a way better experience than the other 2 stores. All the cashiers at all 3 stores are cheerful.

I should have stock in this store. I spend so much money here. My only complaint, is and it is a BIG one. I am so tired when I always have a full cart, and there is only ONE cashier open. And that cashier has has a very long line. I understand the self check for a few items, but they need more cashiers.

Customer service almost always awful. Wth the exception of a few individuals who actually respect their job and ther customers. The check out situation is absolutely beyond horrible. If we didnt live within less than a mile away I would drove 2 to 3 times as far into town in the opposite direction for all our needs. I have shopped at Walmart regularly for 40 years in many states and by far this is the worst store ever and I gets worse almost every time.

The store was clean, but the employees that were on duty at the time of my visit were lazy beyond belief.Customers had to retrieve their own carts from the parking lot, senior citizens were having to pretty much beg for help, cashiers were clueless about customer service.Some that needed help were told to go to the customer service counter.Really.Its a real shame that some of the young people today have absolutely no clue.

Waited 30 minutes today for an employee to assist me in sporting goods. It has never taken me this long previously. Ill chalk it up as just bad timing this time. They are still the cheapest price in town for all non-handgun ammunition. I waited as patiently as I could.

Lake Havasu City Walmart is superior to all of the Walmart stores in Northern California simply because the long lines do not develop because the cashiers are faster, perhaps even smarter IMHO

Its fine if you want to work for Walmart. They FORCE you to use self checkout, by only having two or three registers open with lines 8 people deep, with their carts mounded. I hate the con.

The grounds were clean, but the staff was rude, and the staff driving the golf carts were always going faster than the posted 5 mi an hour, thru the entire stay no hot water in restrooms, others said has been out a month. So how are you sanitizing?? All we were told was facilities work across the street London Bridge Rd. If you have split grounds need to do a better job especially since the other grounds were not in use!! but the hot water is there!! CRA for the amount of maintenance fees you charge us and every member you need to be better aware of WHO is representing this organization. You have grouchy old people working for you. Allow someone who really wants a job to work there.

The shelves were hardly stocked, employees and vendors without masks on, and all the self checkout lines were closed. No milk on the shelf but I could see it in the walk-in, I had to find an employee to go get a gallon of milk for me while there are employees standing around talking the next aisle over, obviously no leadership in this store.

Most staff members are rude, never have enough lanes open, replacing cashiers for do it yourself check out, on occasion certain staff members are very nice and actually show you where products you are looking for. Thats few and far between. So disappointed being disabled it makes it very difficult to get the help you need. Open up more lanes give back jobs to the workers if not lower your prices since the consumers are doing all the work!!!

Perhaps the 2 star rating Im giving above is a bit unfair since it is solely because of the staff in the Electronics Department.At first, when I called, the staff member didnt know If they had what I needed or where to look for it. But once resolved, I was told there was only one Lenovo Chromebook Duet left in stock, and I should hurry to get it. Fair enough.Getting to the store quickly, I was met by an Electronics Department employee who presented himself as though I was interfering with day. I told him Id hurried over as suggested to make a purchase, a somewhat expensive purchase at that, of their remaining Lenovo Chromebook Duet.Begrudgingly, he looked on the display area and said they didnt sell that at their location. Then told me to go somewhere else. I requested he check the stock electronically, and then after looking briefly he said, Nope. I then asked if he would check the locked area behind the counter, and after turning to look for maybe 10 seconds said, Nope; not here. I continued to look for it myself from the other side of the counter, and then realized there was a stack of at least 5 of them. Pointing it out to him elicited a long huff, and then said, Oh, what do you know, there is one. So, you gonna buy this or what?I wish I could say the encounter ended there, but I will leave that for the stores management.

Walmart is always great! I go there at least twice a week to get everything from dog food to regular food. They have everything you can think of... Most of the time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, if they are out of something they will look it up for you and give you an estimated date of arrival! I really like they have a nice garden area to buy all your outdoor needs. Fun and great place to shop!

The employees were really busy with stocking but a young man was very helpful in finding the item we needed. He also checked further to see if any others were available other than what was on the shelf. Everybody in the store had smiles.
