The NYC edition of the Breakfast Club! 🍽 It's amazing when you can pull a group of old and new friends together over a great meal and facilitated discussion and see what magic transpires. We talked about life after product leadership roles! And since so many of us were fractional execs (or considering going fractional), we discussed in depth brand building, business development, structuring client engagements and the differences between fractional vs. advisory vs. consulting. Shout out to Prerna Singh for landing 3 clients by implementing the best business development launch playbook of anyone I've spoken to! 🙌 We also discussed Saptarshi Nath's startup and brainstormed pricing strategy with him. I think he found a new BFF by connecting with Andrea Chesleigh at breakfast.I'm considering hosting the next breakfast club in Portland at the end of May. VP Product leaders & Founders. 📢 Applications are now open for our 8th Product Leader Summit (Sept 19 in the SF/Bay Area)! Product Leader Summit is an invitation-only, curated executive event that helps you build your product leader network. We bring together a group of 120 product execs and product-oriented founders to connect and learn from one another through keynotes, workshop breakouts, facilitated peer learning discussions, and networking opportunities.
